Which devices do you repair?
Laptops, desktops and assembled PCs first; home Wi-Fi, routers and LANs; Windows/software issues; SSD/RAM upgrades and backup. Mobile hardware and CCTV run through disclosed specialist partners — clearly marked, never pretended in-house.
Which brands do you cover?
HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Samsung and most mainstream brands — plus custom-built machines. We quote by exact model; nothing is ordered without your written approval and advance.
What warranty do I get?
Labour warranty is 90 days on the specific fault repaired; parts carry the seller's or brand's own warranty — both written on your invoice with exclusions (new liquid/physical damage, power surges, other faults).
How does booking work?
Send a photo of the device sticker + a short video of the fault on WhatsApp (voice note fine, in Bengali, Hindi or English). You get a written diagnosis and a 3-option quote; work starts only after your "YES".
Do you need my password / login?
Not mandatory — we diagnose without logging in by default. If access is needed you choose: temporary account, stay present, or written permission for named files. Your data is never copied without written scope.
How long does a repair take?
Diagnosis same day in most cases; software/upgrade jobs usually within 24–48 hours; parts-ordered repairs depend on the exact model — you get a diagnose-by and repair-by date up front, with WhatsApp updates at every step.
